Domestic Returns
- Returns accepted within 14 days of delivery for a refund to original payment or site credit.
- Final sale items are not eligible for return or exchange
- Damaged items: contact cs@seroya.nyc within 48 hours of delivery
- Approved returns are processed within 7–10 business days; banks may take additional time to post the refund
International Returns
- Returns accepted within 14 days of delivery for a refund
- Return shipping fees, plus any applicable customs/export duties, are deducted from your refund
- Final sale items are not eligible for return
