How do I edit my order information?

Unfortunately we are unable to edit orders. Please contact Seroya customer service at cs@seroya.nyc if you would like to cancel your order and you can replace it with the correct information.

When will my order be shipped?

All orders, including 2nd day, and next day, placed Monday-Friday after 12pm EST will be processed the next business day. We do not process orders on the weekend or US Holidays, and we do not offer Saturday delivery.

Do you ship internationally?

Yes, international orders ship via DHL.

How do I know my order was confirmed?

As soon as we receive your order you will receive a confirmation email. If you do not receive an email, please contact Seroya customer service at cs@seroya.nyc.

Do you price match?

No, we do not price match with other retailers or online stores.

Can I get a price adjustment?

We are happy to offer price adjustments on full priced items purchased online within seven days from the time you receive the order. Items are only eligible for price adjustments if the exact style, color, and size are in stock at the time of the request.

We are unable to offer price adjustments on sale items or during any special promotion where items are temporarily reduced in price. Once an item is purchased at a discounted price, no price adjustments will be offered should the item be further marked down.
