Retrofête is seeking a
full-time VP of Digital Marketing
This candidate is responsible for
planning and managing marketing campaigns that promote Retrofete.com. Responsibilities include planning campaigns, analyzing metrics, and identifying
trends. The VP of Digital Marketing will report to the CEO and work with the VP of Buying & Merchandising to work with cross-functional departments to execute strategies.
-Salary Range (based on experience): $140,000 - $180,000
Responsibilities
- Drive website SEO through implementing best practices and initiatives to optimize Organic traffic
- Develop, implement and manage seasonal online marketing strategies and calendars that link sales and marketing initiatives. This includes specific plans on new customer acquisition, existing customer retention, and lapsed customer re-engagement.
- Develop innovative marketing and sales programs, including test strategies to support initiatives
- Analyze ROI for each program and make recommendations based on results to increase sales, opt-ins, Average Order Size (AOS), Average Unit Sale (AUS), UPT, and repeat purchases. Additionally, provide directives on shifts in ad spend
- Responsible for managing SEM, paid social and retargeting programs by driving agencies
- Forecast and deliver on volume, costs, and revenue targets for all acquisition programs. Provide goals/directives on where to focus efforts product-wise
- Marketing Reporting: Analyze and provide results on-site navigation, customer click and search data, traffic conversions, return on advertising spend including PLA/SEO (Digital Tracker references), emailers Affiliates, etc. on a weekly and monthly basis
- Project manage and collaborate with VP of Buying and Merchandising and E-commerce Manager to help build a customized reporting database and platform that will organize sales, inventory, margin, and on order to best suit evolving business needs
Requirements
- 5+ years of experience in Digital Marketing
- Strong analytical skills, understanding of fashion e-commerce platforms, and ability to develop and execute creative and effective digital marketing strategies
- Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment
- Strong communication skills
- Ability to work in a team based dynamic as well as liaise with cross-functional teams
- Must be self-motivated
- Exceptional attention to detail
- A keen eye for fashion trends and a strong understanding and knowledge of digital marketing strategies within the contemporary, advanced contemporary, and luxury markets
- Proficiency in MS Office suite
- Bachelor's degree
- Experience working for a web retailer or brand in the contemporary market (preferred)
- Experience with Shopify reporting (preferred)
